أما المعلومات التي تستخدم لتقرير معيار الإضافة على النحو المعرف في الفقرة 41، ولوصف منهجية خط الأساس وتطبيقها، ولتأييد أحد التقديرات عن الأثر البيئي، كما ورد في الفقرة 35(ج)، فإنها لا تعتبر مسجلة الملكية أو سرية.
