It has been the consistent position of Japan that all United Nations operations conducted in dangerous situations, including humanitarian assistance operations, should be covered by this Convention.
إن موقف اليابان الثابت هو أن جميع عمليات اﻷمم المتحدة التي تجرى في ظروف خطرة، بما في ذلــك عمليات المساعدة اﻹنسانية، ينبغي أن تكون مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية.

5. In a case where more than one State claims jurisdiction over an offence covered by the present Convention, the States concerned [shall seek] to coordinate their actions in an effective manner, in particular regarding the conditions of exercising prosecution and the modalities of recourse to mutual assistance. It was suggested that there should be provision for the settlement of disputes over jurisdiction.
٥ - في حالة ادعاء أكثر من دولة ولايتها القضائية على جريمة مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية ، يتعين على الدول المعنية أن تسعى الى تنسيق اجراءاتها بطريقة فعالة ، وخاصة فيما يتعلق بظروف ممارسة الملاحقة وطرائق اللجوء الى تبادل المساعدة .اقترح ادراج حكم بشأن تسوية المنازعات المتعلقة بالولاية القضائية .

10- تسعى الدول الأطراف إلى تشجيع إعادة إدماج الأشخاص المدانين بجرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية في مجتمعاتهم.

Each State Party shall consider incorporating into its domestic legal system appropriate measures to provide protection against any unjustified treatment for any person who reports in good faith and on reasonable grounds to the competent authorities any facts concerning offences covered by this Convention.
تنظر كل دولة طرف في أن تُدخل في صلب نظامها القانوني الداخلي تدابير مناسبة لتوفير الحماية من أي معاملة لا مسوّغ لها لأي شخص يقوم، بحسن نيّة ولأسباب وجيهة، بابلاغ السلطات المختصة بأي وقائع تتعلق بجرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية.

1. States Parties shall encourage [shall take appropriate measures to encourage] persons who participate or who have participated in criminal organizations covered by this Convention:
١ - يتعين على الدول اﻷطراف أن تشجع ]أن تتخذ التدابير الملائمة لتشجيع[ اﻷشخاص الذين يشاركون أو شاركوا في تنظيمات اجرامية مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية على :

1. States Parties shall encourage [shall take appropriate measures to encourage] persons who participate or who have participated in criminal organizations covered by this Convention:
١- يتعين على الدول اﻷطراف أن تشجع ]أن تتخذ التدابير الملائمة لتشجيع[ اﻷشخاص الذين يشاركون أو شاركوا في تنظيمات اجرامية مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية على :

(b) Property, equipment or other instrumentalities used in or destined for use in offences covered by this Convention.
(ب) الممتلكات أو المعدات أو الأدوات الأخرى التي استخدمت أو يراد استخدامها في ارتكاب جرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية.

(ii) The introduction of the possibility of disqualifying by court order or any appropriate means for a reasonable period of time persons convicted of offences covered by this Convention from acting as directors of legal persons incorporated within their jurisdiction;
`2` استحداث امكانية القيام، بواسطة أمر صادر عن محكمة أو أية وسيلة أخرى مناسبة، باسقاط أهلية الأشخاص المدانين بجرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية للعمل كمديرين للهيئات الاعتبارية المنشأة ضمن نطاق ولايتها القضائية وذلك لفترة زمنية معقولة؛
