The anthropogenic emissions by sources [or enhanced anthropogenic removals by sinks] shall be considered measurable if:

Project participants shall submit to an accredited independent entity a report in accordance with the monitoring plan on reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks that have already occurred.
36- يقدم المشاركون في المشروع إلى كيان مستقل معتمد تقريرا، وفقا لخطة الرصد، عن خفض الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع التي حدثت بالفعل.

USD 0.10 per tonne of CO2 equivalent of reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks for the first 15,000 tonnes of CO2 equivalent generated by the project in question in a given calendar year;
`1` 0.1 دولار للطن بمكافئ ثاني أكسيد الكربون لتخفيضات الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع بالنسبة لأوّل 000 15 طن مكافئ لثاني أكسيد الكربون ناتج عن المشروع المعني خلال سنة تقويمية بعينها؛

USD 0.20 per tonne of CO2 equivalent of reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks for any amount in excess of 15,000 tonnes of CO2 equivalent generated by the project in question in a given calendar year;
`2` 0.2 دولار للطن بمكافئ ثاني أكسيـد الكربـون لتخفيضـات الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطـة البواليـع لأي مقـدار يتجاوز 000 15 طن من مكافئ ثاني أكسيـد الكربـون ناتـج عن المشروع المعني في سنة تقويمية بعينها؛

The baseline may include a scenario where future anthropogenic GHG emissions by sources [or anthropogenic removals by sinks] are projected to rise above current levels, due to the specific circumstances of the host Party.
وقد يشمل خط الأساس تصوراً ينتظر أن تتجاوز فيه انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ في المستقبل بحسب مصادرها [أو عمليات الإزالة البشرية بواسطة البواليع] المستويات الراهنة نظراً للظروف المحددة للطرف المضيف.

The baseline may include a scenario where future anthropogenic GHG emissions by sources [or anthropogenic removals by sinks] are projected to rise above current levels, due to the specific circumstances of the host Party.
69- وقد يشمل خط الأساس تصوراً ينتظر أن تتجاوز فيه انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ في المستقبل بحسب مصادرها [أو عمليات الإزالة البشرية بالبواليع] المستويات الراهنة نظراً للظروف المحددة للطرف المضيف.

A baseline shall be deemed to reasonably represent the anthropogenic emissions by sources [or anthropogenic enhancements of removals by sinks] that would occur in the absence of the proposed project activity only if it is derived using:
71- ويعتبر خط الأساس أنه يمثل بصورة معقولة الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها [أو عمليات الإزالة البشرية المعززة بالبواليع] التي يحتمل أن تحدث في حالة عدم وجود نشاط المشروع المقترح إلا إذا استنتج باستخدام:

Information used to determine whether reductions in anthropogenic emissions by sources or enhancements of anthropogenic removals by sinks are additional, to describe the baseline methodology and its application, and to support an environmental impact assessment shall not be considered as proprietary or confidential.
أما المعلومات التي تستخدم لتحديد ما إذا كانت التخفيضات في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع عمليات إضافية، ولوصف منهجية خط الأساس وتطبيقها، ولتأييد أحد التقديرات للأثر البيئي، فإنها لا تعتبر مسجلة الملكية أو سرية.

The participants agreed that the notation key " 0 " , which Parties have used when reporting emissions by sources or removals by sinks of greenhouse gases, should no longer be used as a notation key.
35- اتفق المشاركون على التوقف عن استخدام مفتاح التقييم " صفر " (7)، الذي كانت تستخدمه الأطراف لدى الإبلاغ عن انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة بحسب مصادرها أو عمليات إزالتها بالمصارف البالوعية، كمفتاح للتقييم.

35. The largest amount of funding to date in the climate change focal area has been directed to agreed activities that mitigate climate change either by addressing anthropogenic emissions by sources or through removals by sinks of all greenhouse gases not controlled by the Montreal Protocol.
٥٣- تم توجيه أكبر التمويل حتى اﻵن في المجال المركزي لتغير المناخ إلى أنشطة متفق عليها للتخفيف من تغير المناخ إما بالتصدي للانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ من مصادرها أو عن طريق قيام المصارف بإزالة كل غازات الدفيئة التي لا يحكمها بروتوكول مونتريال.

A " joint implementation activity " is a project pursuant to Article 6 of the Kyoto Protocol that reduces anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases by sources or enhances anthropogenic removals of greenhouse gases by sinks.
3- ويعني " نشاط التنفيذ المشترك " مشروعاً يخفِّض عملاً بالمادة 6 من بروتوكول كيوتو انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو يُعزز عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ لتلك الغازات بواسطة البواليع.

أما المعلومات التي تُستخدم لتحديد ما إذا كانت التخفيضات في الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها أو تعزيزات عمليات الإزالة البشرية المنشأ بواسطة البواليع عمليات إضافية أو لوصف منهجية خط الأساس وتطبيقها أو لتأييد الأثر البيئي، فإنها لا تُعتبر مسجلة الملكية أو سرّية.

(b) Any such project provides a reduction in emissions by sources, or an enhancement of removals by sinks, that is additional to any that would otherwise occur;
