Each Party with GHG emission intensity targets shall have in place a national system for the estimation of anthropogenic emissions by sources and removals by sinks of all GHGs not controlled by the Montreal Protocol.

A Party included in Annex I shall not account for emissions by sources and removals by sinks resulting from activities under Article 3.4, if these are already accounted for under Article 3.3.

Reaffirming that anthropogenic emissions by sources and removals by sinks of greenhouse gases not controlled by the Montreal Protocol should be reported in a transparent, consistent, comparable, complete and accurate way,
وإذ يؤكد مجدداً أن انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ من مصادرها وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع التي لا يحكمها بروتوكول مونتريال ينبغي الإبلاغ عنها بطريقة شفافة ومتسقة وقابلة للمقارنة وكاملة ودقيقة،

Accounting of anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions by sources and removals by sinks resulting from land use, land-use change and forestry activities under Article 3.3 and 3.4, shall begin with the onset of the activity or the beginning of the commitment period, whichever comes later.
18- ويبدأ حساب انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة بحسب مصادرها وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع الناجمة عن أنشطة استخدام الأرض وتغيير استخدام الأرض والحراجة بموجب الفقرتين 3 و4 من المادة 3، اعتباراً من بدء النشاط أو بداية فترة الالتزام، أيهما أبعد.

The Party concerned has failed to submit an annual inventory of anthropogenic emissions by sources and removals by sinks of greenhouse gases not controlled by the Montreal Protocol, including the national inventory report and the common reporting format within six weeks of the submission date established by the Conference of the Parties;
(أ) أخفق الطرف المعني في تقديم تقرير جرد سنوي للانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع الناشئة عن غازات الدفيئة غير الخاضعة لبروتوكول مونتريال، بما في ذلك تقرير الجرد السنوي الوطني ونموذج الإبلاغ الموحد، في غضون ستة أسابيع من تاريخ التقديم الذي يحدده مؤتمر الأطراف؛

(c) The implementation of a national system for the estimation of anthropogenic emissions by sources and removals by sinks in accordance with the guidelines set out in decision /CP.6;

[Each Annex I Party shall include in the greenhouse gas inventory information on the net changes in greenhouse gas emissions by sources and removals by sinks resulting from afforestation, reforestation and deforestation in the base year and commitment years.]

Failed to submit an inventory of anthropogenic emissions by sources and removals by sinks within 60 days of the submission due-date; or
(أ) تخلف عن تقديم قائمة جرد للانبعاثات البشرية المصدر بحسب مصادرها وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع وذلك في غضون 60 يوما من الموعد المقرر لتقديمها؛ أو

The Party concerned has failed to submit an annual inventory of anthropogenic emissions by sources and removals by sinks of greenhouse gases not controlled by the Montreal Protocol, including the national inventory report and the common reporting format, within six weeks of the submission date established by the Conference of the Parties;
(أ) أخفق الطرف المعني في تقديم تقرير جرد سنوي للانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع الناشئة عن غازات الدفيئة غير الخاضعة لبروتوكول مونتريال، بما في ذلك تقرير الجرد السنوي الوطني ونموذج الإبلاغ الموحد، في غضون ستة أسابيع من تاريخ التقديم الذي يحدده مؤتمر الأطراف؛

11. Non-Annex I Parties should provide information, in a tabular format, on actions to mitigate climate change, by addressing anthropogenic emissions by sources and removals by sinks of all GHGs not controlled by the Montreal Protocol.
11- ينبغي أن تقدم الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول معلومات، في شكل جداول، عن إجراءات التخفيف من آثار تغير المناخ، تورد فيها الانبعاثات البشرية المنشأ لجميع غازات الدفيئة التي لا ينظمها بروتوكول مونتريال من مصادرها وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع.

(a) The MRV of greenhouse gas emissions by sources and removals by sinks and the reporting of required information to the UNFCCC secretariat.
(أ) قياس انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة بحسب مصادرها وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع والإبلاغ عنها والتحقق منها وإبلاغ أمانة الاتفاقية بالمعلومات المطلوبة.

Each developed country Party, and each developing country Party that has its GHG emission intensity targets, shall have a national system for the estimation of anthropogenic emissions by sources and removals by sinks of GHGs.
48- يكون لكل طرف من البلدان الأطراف المتقدمة، ولكل طرف من البلدان الأطراف النامية التي لديها أهداف تتعلق بكثافة انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة، نظام وطني لتقدير انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع.

Once land is accounted for under Article 3.3 and 3.4, all anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions by sources from and removals by sinks on this land must be accounted for throughout subsequent and contiguous commitment periods.
19- وما إن يتم حساب بقعة الأرض بموجب الفقرتين 3 و4 من المادة 3، يتعين حساب جميع انبعاثات غازات الدفيئة البشرية المنشأ بحسب مصادرها وعمليات إزالتها بواسطة البواليع على هذه الأرض على مدى فترات الالتزام اللاحقة والفترة القريبة منها.
