)ط( يجوز لﻷمين العام، في الحالات المناسبة، أن يأذن بدفع كل منحة الانتداب أو جزء منها، حينما لا تكون اﻷمم المتحدة ملزمة بدفع مصاريف السفر عند تعيين موظف يعتبر معينا على أساس دولي بموجب القاعدة ١٠٤/٧.

The allowances and benefits in general available to internationally recruited staff members include payment of travel expenses upon initial appointment and on separation for themselves and their spouses and dependent children, removal of household effects, non-resident's allowance, home leave, education grant and repatriation grant.
وتتضمن البدلات والاستحقاقات المتاحة عموما للموظفين المعينين دوليا دفع مصاريف السفر عند التعيين وانتهاء الخدمة لهم ولأزواجهم ولمــُعاليهم، وشحن الأمتعة المنزلية، وبدل الشخص غير المقيم، وإجازة زيارة الوطن، ومنحة الدراسة، ومنحة الإعادة إلى الوطن.

3. Rule 107.1, Official travel of staff members, is amended to: (a) clarify the provision of the Rules containing the conditions under which the United Nations pays travel expenses on separation from service of a staff member; (b) specify that travel of staff members may be authorized for safety as well as security reasons; and (c) clarify the eligibility requirements for family visit travel.
3 - تعدل القاعدة 107/1، السفر الرسمي للموظفين، للأغراض التالية: (أ) إيضاح حكم القواعد التي تنص على شروط قيام الأمم المتحدة بسداد مصاريف السفر عند انتهاء خدمة الموظف؛ (ب) النص على جواز الإذن للموظفين بالسفر لأسباب تتعلق بالسلامة، إضافة إلى الأسباب المتعلقة بالأمن؛ (ج) إيضاح شروط الأهلية التي تسمح بالسفر لزيارة الأسرة.
