7. At the beginning of the first working session, H.E. Dr. Mustafa Osman Ismail, Foreign Minister of the Republic of the Sudan, Chairman of the 29th ICFM, delivered a speech in which he expressed his profound thanks to H.E. President Seyed Mohammad Khatami for gracing the Conference with his presence and opening its proceedings.
