There are a number of areas, however, where the provisions of the Interim National Constitution are not in coherence with international human rights treaties and norms and this represents a dichotomy in the Constitution, particularly in the area of coherence between customary law enshrined in the Constitution and the duties and obligations of the Government of the Sudan under the relevant international human rights treaties.

(a) Conduct a comprehensive review of the measures it has taken to harmonize national law and policy with the provisions of the relevant international human rights treaties to which it is a party;
(أ) إجراء استعراض شامل للتدابير التي اتخذتها لمواءمة قوانينها وسياساتها الوطنية مع أحكام معاهدات حقوق الإنسان الدولية ذات الصلة التي هي طرف فيها؛

The Working Group calls on States to ratify the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women and all relevant international human rights treaties and ILO Conventions which guarantee women's economic and social rights.
107- يناشد الفريق العامل الدول التصديق على اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة وجميع معاهدات حقوق الإنسان الدولية ذات الصلة واتفاقيات منظمة العمل الدولية التي تكفل حقوق النساء الاقتصادية والاجتماعية.

Requests the Working Group, in the discharge of its mandate, to offer support to States' initiatives to address multiple forms of discrimination against women and girls when implementing their obligations as State parties to relevant international human rights treaties with regard to civil, cultural, economic, political and social rights, and related commitments, where applicable;
21- يطلب إلى الفريق العامل أن يقدم، في إطار أداء ولايته، الدعم للمبادرات التي تقوم بها الدول من أجل التصدي لأشكال التمييز المتعددة ضد المرأة والفتاة، تنفيذ التزاماتها بوصفها دولاً أطرافاً في معاهدات حقوق الإنسان الدولية ذات الصلة فيما يتعلق بالحقوق المدنية والثقافية والاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية، والالتزامات المرتبطة بها عند الاقتضاء؛
