(b) Strengthening the capacity of national criminal justice systems to apply relevant United Nations standards and norms in crime prevention and criminal justice;
(ب) تعزيز قدرة نظم العدالة الجنائية الوطنية على تطبيق معايير الأمم المتحدة وقواعدها ذات الصلة في منع الجريمة وكذلك في العدالة الجنائية؛

4-9- تعزيز فهم واستخدام معايير الأمم المتحدة وقواعدها ذات الصلة في مجال منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية عن طريق وضع ونشر أدلّة ومجموعات أدوات ومواد تدريبية مُعدَّة للموظّفين العاملين في مجال منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية

(b) Strengthening the capacity of national criminal justice systems to apply relevant United Nations standards and norms in crime prevention and criminal justice;
(ب) تعزيز قدرة نظم العدالة الجنائية الوطنية لتطبيق معايير الأمم المتحدة وقواعدها ذات الصلة في مجال منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية؛

(a) To identify good practices, inspired by and drawing upon relevant United Nations standards and norms in crime prevention and criminal justice, in meeting the unique needs of women and children as relates to their treatment as prisoners;
(أ) استبانة الممارسات الجيِّدة المستمدَّة من معايير الأمم المتحدة وقواعدها ذات الصلة في مجال منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية لتلبية الاحتياجات التي ينفرد بها الأطفال والنساء فيما يتعلق بمعاملتهم باعتبارهم سجناء؛
