7 - يدعو لجان الخبراء التابعة للأمم المتحدة المعنية بنقل البضائع الخطرة وبالنظام المنسق عالمياً لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها إلى رصد تقدم العمل العلمي الدولي، وإلى استعراض إمكانية تطبيق معايير النظام المنسق عالمياً على المواد النانوية المصنعة، وإلى إعداد خطة عمل لتطويع تلك المعايير عند الضرورة؛
