1. Right to have, manifest and practise the religion or belief of one's choice

In any case, it observes that even if non-State agents were motivated to subject the author to coercion in Pakistan that would impair his enjoyment of the freedom to have or adopt a religion or belief of his choice, he has not demonstrated that State authorities were unable or unwilling to protect him.
