9- يوصي كذلك بأن تظل المسألة معروضة على الجمعية العامة إلى أن تقتنع بأن إجراءات ملائمة قد اتُخذت على الصعيد الداخلي أو الدولي لكفالة إنصاف الضحايا ومساءلة الجناة، وأن تظل أيضاً على استعداد للنظر في ما إن كان من اللازم اتخاذ إجراءات إضافية وفقاً لسلطتها خدمةً للعدالة؛
