In accordance with article 13 of the Basel Convention, Parties are required to transmit information to the Secretariat on the implementation of the Convention, legislation applicable to the Convention, and generation and transboundary movement of hazardous and other waste.

Invites Parties to provide information to the Secretariat on Basel Convention traderelated matters at the national, regional and international levels, including on litigation, to facilitate the promotion of cooperation with the World Trade Organization;
2 - يدعو الأطراف إلى تقديم معلومات إلى الأمانة بشأن المسائل المتصلة بالتجارة في اتفاقية بازل على المستويات الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية، بما فيها ما يتعلق بالإجراءات القضائية، لتيسير تعزيز التعاون مع منظمة التجارة العالمية؛

At the Seventeenth Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol, the Parties adopted decision XVII/23 which, among other things, urged the 29 Parties to the Montreal Amendment that had not yet done so to provide information to the Secretariat on the establishment of import and export licensing systems and to establish such systems as a matter of urgency.
3 - أثناء الاجتماع السابع عشر لأطراف بروتوكول مونتريال، أصدرت الأطراف المقرر 17/23 الذي يحث، بين جملة أمور، أطراف تعديل مونتريال التي لم تفعل ذلك حتى الآن، أن تقوم بتقديم معلومات إلى الأمانة بشأن إنشاء نظم إصدار تراخيص الاستيراد والتصدير وأن تقوم على وجه السرعة بإنشاء هذه النظم.

1. Invites developing-country parties and parties with economies in transition to provide information to the Secretariat on their needs in terms of technical assistance and technology transfer, their difficulties in implementing the Basel Convention, and any other views in this regard;
2 - يدعو الأطراف من البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال لتقديم معلومات إلى الأمانة بشأن احتياجاتها في مجالي المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا، والصعوبات التي تواجهها في تنفيذ اتفاقية بازل، وأي آراء أخرى في هذا الشأن؛

At the Sixteenth Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol, the Parties adopted decision XVI/32 which, among other matters, urged " all the remaining 39 Parties to the Montreal Amendment to provide information to the Secretariat on the establishment of import and export licensing systems, and for those that have not yet established such systems to do so as a matter of urgency " .
3 - اعتمدت الأطراف في بروتوكول مونتريال، أثناء اجتماعها السادس عشرـ المقرر 16/32 الذي ينص على أمور من بينها، حثّ " جميع الأطراف المتبقية بتعديل مونتريال البالغ عددها 39 طرفاً على تقديم معلومات إلى الأمانة بشأن إنشاء نظم منح تراخيص الاستيراد والتصدير، والطلب إلى تلك الأطراف التي لم تنشئ بعد هذه النظم القيام بذلك على وجه السرعة " .
