94- وبهدف جمع معلومات من الدول الأطراف في بروتوكول الأسلحة النارية ومن الدول الموقّعة عليه، قدّمت الأمانة استبيانا إلى المؤتمر بشأن تنفيذه (CTOC/COP/2005/L.5).

In order to identify the needs and concerns of States in ratifying and implementing the Convention and its Protocols and with a view to collecting information from States parties and signatories to the Convention and the two Protocols already in force, the Secretariat prepared draft questionnaires on the implementation of the instruments in line with the work plans outlined above.
44- ومن أجل استبانة احتياجات وشواغل الدول فيما يتعلق بالتصديق على الاتفاقية وبروتوكولاتها وتنفيذها، وبغية جمع معلومات من الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية وبروتوكوليها النافذين والدول الموقّعة عليها، أعدت الأمانة مشاريع استبيانات بشأن تنفيذ هذه الصكوك متفقة مع خطط العمل المبينة أعلاه.
