30. The Committee recommends that the State party finalize and adopt the royal decrees on registers of persons deprived of liberty and on gathering, conserving and accessing information on the origin of adopted children, so as to bring domestic legislation into line with the Convention in these fields.

8. The Committee notes the legislative measures that have been undertaken by the State party in order to ensure the implementation of the Convention, but remains concerned about the apparent lack of a legislative framework harmonized with the Convention in many areas and about delays in the adoption of laws that are instrumental to the implementation of the Convention.

Also under the item, the Working Group heard a report from the representative of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), speaking on behalf of the Subcommittee of Experts on the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals, who expressed the subcommittee's interest in pursuing cooperation with the Convention in areas of mutual interest.

9. The Committee recommends that the State party continue and strengthen its efforts to develop and implement a legislative framework harmonized with the Convention in all areas affecting children's rights and at all legislative levels, and to ensure that all domestic laws and administrative regulations concerning children are rights-based and conform to the principles and provisions of the Convention.
9- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تواصل وتعزز جهودها لوضع وتنفيذ إطار تشريعي يتسق مع الاتفاقية في جميع المجالات التي تؤثر في حقوق الطفل وعلى جميع المستويات التشريعية، وبأن تضمن استناد جميع القوانين المحلية والأنظمة الإدارية المتعلقة بالطفل إلى الحقوق وأن تكون متوافقة مع المبادئ والأحكام الواردة في الاتفاقية.
