Indeed, the Directorate of Social Security and Mutual Benefit Insurance has already taken steps to build ties with women's associations in this sector in Abidjan with a view to setting up a mutual benefit society for these women.

The aim of the Ministry of Industry and Trade's cooperation with women's associations is to support the development of women's activity in industry, trade and services, particularly in areas with high levels of unemployment.

8. With regard to cultural patterns, while acknowledging that certain negative attitudes still existed, she said that her Institute was working to change them. To that end, it sought to build a good relationship with women's associations, as their work went hand in hand. Civil society organizations also played a key role in putting pressure on the Government.
8 - وفيما يتصل بالأنماط الثقافية، فبينما يسود الاعتراف بوجود مواقف سلبية معيّنة، إلا أنها قالت إن معهدها يعمل على تغيير تلك الأنماط، ولهذه الغاية يسعى لبناء علاقة طيبة مع الرابطات النسائية بحيث يتضافر الفريقان في الإجراءات المتخذة كما أن منظمات المجتمع المدني تقوم بدور رئيسي في ممارسة الضغط على الحكومة لهذا الغرض.

In that connection, the Ministry for the Status of Women and the Family has instituted close cooperation with women's groups and NGOs working for the advancement of women and organized into 10 thematic networks, each pursuing specific goals contained in the National Programme for the Advancement of Congolese Women (PNPFC), as follows:
