It is nevertheless concerned at the lack of systematic and comprehensive dissemination of the Optional Protocol in the State party, which contributes to a low level of understanding and awareness of the Optional Protocol among the public, children and professional groups working with and for children.
بيد أنه يسارورها القلق إزاء الافتقار إلى النشر المنهجي والشامل للبروتوكول الاختياري في الدولة الطرف، مما يساهم في تدني مستوى الفهم والوعي بالبروتوكول الاختياري لدى الجمهور والأطفال والفئات المهنية العاملة مع الطفل ومن أجله.

29. The Committee recommends that the State party take the necessary measures to ensure systematic training of all professionals, national and foreign, working with and for children at national and district levels, on the principles and provisions of the Convention.
29- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لضمان التدريب المنتظم على مبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية على مستوى القطر ومستوى المقاطعات لجميع المهنيين، الوطنيين والأجانب، العاملين مع الطفل ومن أجله.

(b) Develop community-based training programmes for parents, teachers, judges and other professionals working with and for children with a view to promoting children's participation in all relevant settings;
