The Accra Accord, which emerged from the twelfth session of UNCTAD in 2008, urged that States refrain from applying any unilateral economic, financial or trade measure not in accordance with international law and the Charter of the United Nations.
فقد حث اتفاق أكرا، الذي انبثق عن الدورة الثانية عشرة للأونكتاد لعام 2008، على أن تمتنع الدول عن تطبيق أي تدابير اقتصادية أو مالية أو تجارية انفرادية لا تتفق مع القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة.

Unilateral acts taken outside the purview of the United Nations were not consistent with international law and the Charter of the United Nations, and must not only be ended but prevented from recurring in the future.
أما الإجراءات الأحادية المتخذة خارج نطاق الأمم المتحدة، فإنها لا تتسق مع القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة، ولا ينبغي إنهائها فحسب بل منع تكرارها في المستقبل.

They recognize the need to address principles applicable to situations of internal violence and disturbance of all kinds in a manner consistent with international law and the Charter of the United Nations.

أما الأعمال الأُحادية التي تُرتكب خارج سلطة الأمم المتحدة، فإنها لا تتسق مع القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة ولا ينبغي وضع حد لها فحسب بل منع تكرارها أيضاً.

Our delegation would not have agreed to wording such as that originally proposed by the sponsors, whose dangerous ambiguity would have left the door open to unilateral actions that could have been inconsistent with international law and the Charter of the United Nations.

وإذ تكرر التأكيد، كما فعل إعلان روما، على أن الغذاء ينبغي ألا يُستخدم كأداة للضغط السياسي والاقتصادي، وإذ تؤكد من جديد في هذا الخصوص أهمية التعاون والتضامن الدوليين، وضرورة الامتناع عن الانفراد باتخاذ تدابير لا تتفق مع القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة، وتعرض الأمن الغذائي للخطر،

وإذ تذكِّر بأن المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق الإنسان دعا الدول إلى الامتناع عن اتخاذ أي إجراء من جانب واحد لا يتفق مع القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة ويقيم عقبات في وجه العلاقات التجارية بين الدول ويعرقل الإعمال التام لجميع حقوق الإنسان،

3. The implementation of unilateral coercive measures that are not in accordance with international law and the Charter of the United Nations is one of the worst and most serious violations of human rights that can be committed against the populations of the countries affected.
3- إن القيام من جانب واحد بتنفيذ تدابير قسرية لا تتماشى مع القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة يمثل أسوأ وأخطر ما يمكن ارتكابه ضد شعوب البلدان المتضررة من انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان.

Reiterating, as did the Rome Declaration, that food should not be used as an instrument of political and economic pressure, and reaffirming in this regard the importance of international cooperation and solidarity, as well as the necessity of refraining from unilateral measures not in accordance with international law and the Charter of the United Nations, which endanger food security,
وإذ تكرر التأكيد، كما فعل إعلان روما، على أنه ينبغي ألا يستخدم الغذاء أداة للضغط السياسي والاقتصادي، وإذ تؤكد من جديد بهذا الخصوص أهمية التعاون والتضامن الدوليين، وضرورة الامتناع عن الانفراد باتخاذ تدابير لا تتفق مع القانون الدولي وميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة، وتعرّض اﻷمن الغذائي للخطر،

• Discourage the adoption of and refrain from any unilateral measure that is not in accordance with international law and the Charter of the United Nations and that impedes the full achievement of economic and social development by the population of the affected countries, in particular women and children, that hinders their well-being and that creates obstacles to the full enjoyment of their human rights;
● تشجيع الامتناع عن اتخاذ إجراءات انفرادية تتعارض مع القانون الدولي وميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة، وتحول دون التحقيق التام للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بواسطة سكان البلدان المتأثرة، لا سيما منهم النساء واﻷطفال، وتعوق رفاههم، وتضع عقبات تمنع تمتعهم التام بحقوق اﻹنسان؛

∙ Discourage the adoption of and refrain from any unilateral measure that is not in accordance with international law and the Charter of the United Nations and that impedes the full achievement of economic and social development by the population of the affected countries, in particular women and children, that hinders their well-being and that creates obstacles to the full enjoyment of their human rights;
● تشجيع الامتناع عن اتخاذ إجراءات انفرادية تتعارض مع القانون الدولي وميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة، وتحول دون التحقيق التام للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بواسطة سكان البلدان المتأثرة، لا سيما منهم النساء واﻷطفال، وتعوق رفاههم، وتضع عقبات تمنع تمتعهم التام بحقوق اﻹنسان؛

States are called upon to refrain from any unilateral measure not in accordance with international law and the Charter of the United Nations that creates obstacles to trade relations among States, impedes the full realization of social and economic development and hinders the well-being of the population of the countries affected.
ويتعين على الدول أيضا أن تمتنع عن اتخاذ أي تدابير من طرف واحد لا تتفق مع القانون الدولي وميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة، وتتسبب في خلق عقبات في العلاقات التجارية بين الدول، وتعرقل التحقيق الكامل للتنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وتحول دون بلوغ رفاه سكان البلدان المتأثرة.

1 - يمثل تنفيذ التدابير القسرية المتخذة من جانب واحد التي لا تتماشى مع القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة أسوأ وأخطر نوع من انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان الممكن ارتكابها ضد شعوب البلدان المتضررة.

وإذ تذكِّر بأن المؤتمر العالمي لحقوق الإنسان دعا الدول إلى الامتناع عن اتخاذ أي إجراء من جانب واحد لا يتفق مع القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة ويقيم عقبات في وجه العلاقات التجارية بين الدول ويعرقل الإعمال التام لجميع حقوق الإنسان، ويهدد أيضاً حرية التجارة تهديداً خطيراً،
