To this effect, as mandated by the General Assembly in its resolution 67/191, the Institute is collaborating with UNODC and the African Union, together with other agencies to realize this ideal.

As the second part of the International Workshop and Conference on Alternative Development, the Government of Peru organized a high-level international conference, in association with the Government of Thailand and in collaboration with UNODC.
3- وفي إطار الجزء الثاني من حلقة العمل الدولية والمؤتمر الدولي بشأن التنمية البديلة، نظَّمت حكومة بيرو مؤتمرا دوليا رفيع المستوى، بالاشتراك مع حكومة تايلند وبالتعاون مع مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدِّرات والجريمة.

The General Assembly also encouraged the relevant United Nations programmes, specialized agencies of the United Nations system and intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, as well as other professional organizations, to cooperate with UNODC in the preparations for the Thirteenth Congress.
8- وشجّعت الجمعية العامة أيضاً الجهات المعنية من برامج الأمم المتحدة والوكالات المتخصّصة التابعة لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية وسائر المنظمات المهنية على التعاون مع مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدِّرات والجريمة في التحضير للمؤتمر الثالث عشر.

Thirteenth Congress. The General Assembly would again encourage the relevant specialized agencies and programmes of the United Nations and intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, as well as other professional organizations, to cooperate with UNODC in the preparations for the Thirteenth Congress.
22- وستشجّع الجمعية العامة مرة أخرى الجهات المعنية من وكالات منظومة الأمم المتحدة المتخصّصة وبرامجها والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية وسائر المنظمات المهنية على التعاون مع مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدِّرات والجريمة في الأنشطة التحضيرية للمؤتمر الثالث عشر.

(o) States should, as appropriate, continue working with UNODC in the establishment of new regional networks of central authorities or judicial authorities, as well as in the implementation, strengthening and financial support of existing networks, including the Central American Network of Prosecutors against Organized Crime and the Network of West African Central Authorities and Prosecutors;
(س) ينبغي أن تواصل الدول العمل، حسبما يكون مناسباً، مع مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدِّرات والجريمة على إنشاء شبكات إقليمية جديدة للسلطات المركزية أو السلطات القضائية، وكذلك على استعمال الشبكات القائمة وتعزيزها ودعمها ماليًّا، ومنها شبكة أمريكا الوسطى للمدَّعين العامين لمكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة وشبكة غرب أفريقيا للسلطات المركزية والمدَّعين العامين؛

As an immediate follow-up to the Third Ministerial Conference, the Commission on Narcotic Drugs, at its fifty-fifth session, in March 2012, adopted resolution 55/11, in which it called upon Member States, in cooperation with UNODC, the International Narcotics Control Board and other competent international organizations, to promote the full implementation of the Vienna Declaration adopted at the Conference.
2- اعتمدت لجنة المخدِّرات في دورتها الخامسة والخمسين المعقودة في آذار/مارس 2012 القرار 55/11 على سبيل المتابعة الفورية للمؤتمر الوزاري الثالث، ودعت فيه الدول الأعضاء، بالتعاون مع مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدِّرات والجريمة والهيئة الدولية لمراقبة المخدِّرات وغيرهما من المنظمات الدولية المختصة، إلى تعزيز التنفيذ الكامل لإعلان فيينا الذي أقره المؤتمر.
