The Committee recommends that the State party ensure that it follows the guidance given by the Inspector of Prisons in his report dated 7 April 2011 that appropriate use should be made of safety observation cells and close observation cells.
توصي اللجنة بأن تكفل الدولة الطرف اتباع توجيهات مفتش السجون في تقريره المؤرخ 7 نيسان/أبريل 2011 التي طلب فيها الاستخدام الملائم لزنزانات المراقبة لضمان سلامة السجناء وزنزانات المراقبة المشددة.

The Committee recommends that the State party improve health care in all prisons, taking into account the guidance provided by the Inspector of Prisons as stated in his report dated 18 April 2011.
توصي اللجنة بأن تحسن الدولة الطرف الرعاية الصحية في جميع السجون، مع مراعاة التوجيهات التي قدمها مفتش السجون في تقريره المؤرخ 18 نيسان/أبريل 2011.

Although the project was extremely complex, the refurbished accommodation would provide radically improved physical conditions for prisoners, including a dedicated committal/assessment area with 28 cells for new prisoners, as recommended by the Inspector of Prisons in his report of 2009, and a new dedicated drug-free area.
