3. Welcomes also the recommendation of the OpenEnded Working Group of the Basel Convention made at its fourth session requesting the secretariat of the Basel Convention to cooperate with the secretariats of the Stockholm and Rotterdam conventions in preparation of the study on cooperation and synergies referred to in paragraph 2 above;
3 - يرحب كذلك بتوصية الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية التابع لاتفاقية بازل التي أصدرتها الدورة الرابعة والتي تطلب إلى أمانة اتفاقية بازل أن تتعاون مع أمانتي اتفاقية استكهولم واتفاقية روتردام لإعداد الدراسة عن التعاون وأوجه التوافق النشاطي المشار إليها في الفقرة 2 عاليه؛

It is also right to recognize, as many other speakers have done, the Chairman of the Third Committee, Ambassador Eduard Kukan of Slovakia, for his great patience, understanding and wisdom in capturing the timely moment when it was necessary to establish the Open-ended Working Group of the Third Committee.
ومــــن اﻹنصاف أيضا أن نشكر رئيس اللجنة الثالثة، السفير أدوارد كوكان ممثل سلوفاكيا، كمـــا فعل العديد من المتكلمين اﻵخرين، على ما تحلــــى به من صبر عظيم وتفاهم وحكمة في اقتناص اللحظة المناسبة عندما كان من الضروري إنشاء الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية التابع للجنة الثالثة.

153- وبعد تبادل كلمات المجاملة المعتادة، أعلن اختتام الدورة الثالثة للفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية التابع لاتفاقية بازل بشأن التحكم في نقل النفايات الخطرة والتخلص منها عبر الحدود في الساعة 7:40 من مساء يوم 30 نيسان/إبريل 2004.

At its twenty-fifth meeting, held immediately prior to the thirty-fourth meeting of the Committee, the Open-ended Working Group to the Montreal Protocol agreed with the Panel's proposal that Turkey's use of bromochloromethane for sultamillicin should be considered a feedstock use.

24. Supports the work of the Open-ended inter-sessional working group of the Commission on Human Rights on the elaboration of a draft optional protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child related to the involvement of children in armed conflict, and expresses the hope that it will make further progress prior to the fifty-third session of the Commission with a view to finalizing this work;
٤٢ - تؤيد أعمال الفريق العامل مابين الجلسات مفتوح العضوية التابع للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان والمعني بوضع مشروع بروتوكول اختياري لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل بشأن إشراك اﻷطفال في النزاع المسلح، وتعرب عن أملها في إحراز مزيد من التقدم قبل انعقاد الدورة الثالثة والخمسين للجنة، بغية وضع هذه اﻷعمال في صيغتها النهائية؛

Mr. Dessalegne Mesfin, Co-Chair (legal) of the Open-ended Working Group of the Basel Convention, opened the second session of the Open-ended Working Group at 10.25 a.m. on Monday, 20 October 2003.
1 - افتتح السيد ديسلجاني ميسفين، الرئيس المشارك (القانوني) للفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية التابع لاتفاقية بازل، الدورة الثانية للفريق العامل في الساعة 10.25 صبيحة يوم الاثنين 20 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2003.

94 - وبعد تبادل عبارات المجاملة كالمعتاد، أعلن اختتام الدورة الثانية للفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية التابع لاتفاقية بازل بشأن التحكم في نقل النفايات الخطرة والتخلص منها عبر الحدود، وذلك في تمام الساعة الخامسة من مساء يوم 24 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2003.

(b) OEWG-IV/10, on financial matters, adopted by the Open-ended Working Group of the Basel Convention at its fourth session;

(د) مقرر الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية - 5/6 بشأن أوجه التآزر الذي اعتمده الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية التابع لاتفاقية بازل في دورته الخامسة؛

(a) The annex to the Secretariat's note on synergies and cooperation, which was presented to the Open-ended Working Group to the Basel Convention at its fifth session (UNEP/CHW.8/INF/30);
(أ) مرفق لمذكرة الأمانة بشأن التعاون والتآزر التي قدمت إلى الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية التابع لاتفاقية بازل في دورته الخامسة (UNEP/CHW.8/INF/30)؛

Reference is made to decision VII/38, adopted by Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention at its seventh meeting, decisions VI/29 and VI/30, adopted by the Conference of the Parties at its sixth meeting, and decision OEWG-V/15, on international cooperation, adopted by the OpenEnded Working Group of the Basel Convention at its fifth session.
1- يشار إلى المقرر 7/38، الذي اعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية بازل أثناء اجتماعه السابع، والمقررين 6/29 و6/30 اللذين اعتمدهما مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه السادس، ومقرر الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية - 5/15 بشأن التعاون الدولي، الذي اعتمده الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية التابع لاتفاقية بازل في دورته الخامسة.
