8. The mission of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees to Burundi, Rwanda, the United Republic of Tanzania and Zaire revealed a strong convergence of interest among Governments, donors and refugees on the importance of a safe, accelerated, organized and voluntary return of refugees.
٨ - أما المهمة التي اضطلعت بها مفوضة اﻷمم المتحدة السامية لشؤون اللاجئين في بوروندي ورواندا وجمهورية تنزانيا المتحدة وزائير، فقد كشفت عن وجود توافق قوي في الاهتمام بين الحكومات والمانحين واللاجئين بشأن أهمية عودة اللاجئين بصورة آمنة، سريعة، منظمة، طوعية.

12. Welcomes with appreciation the contributions of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees to the deliberations of the Commission on Human Rights and to other international human rights bodies and mechanisms, and invites her to address the Commission at each of its future sessions;

Welcomes with appreciation the contributions of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees to the deliberations by the Commission on Human Rights at its fifty-third session and to other international human rights bodies and mechanisms, and the invitation to her to address the Commission at its fifty-fourth session;

Welcoming the continuing efforts of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees to meet the protection and assistance needs of refugees worldwide, in particular women and children, who constitute the majority of the world's refugee population and who are often exposed to serious threats to their safety and well-being,
وإذ ترحب بالجهود المتواصلة التي تبذلها مفوضة اﻷمم المتحدة السامية لشؤون اللاجئين في سبيل تلبية الاحتياجات اللازمة، في مجال توفير الحماية والمساعدة للاجئين على نطاق العالم، وخاصة النساء واﻷطفال، الذين يشكلون أغلبية اﻷشخاص اللاجئين في العالم، والذين يتعرضون، في أحيان كثيرة، ﻷخطار فادحة تتهدد سلامتهم ورفاههم،
