66- الإجراء: ستُدعى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ إلى النظر في هذه المسألة بهدف التوصية بمشروع مقرر يعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف، حسب الاقتضاء، في دورته الثانية عشرة بشأن مواصلة استعراض وظائف وعمليات الأمانة.

5. Decides that any decision adopted by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol to change the metric or revise the values used by Parties to calculate carbon dioxide equivalence shall apply only to commitments under Article 3 of the Kyoto Protocol in respect of any commitment period adopted subsequent to that change or revision;
5- يُقرر أن يقتصر تطبيق أي مقرر يعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو لتغيير القياسات أو تنقيح القيم التي تستخدمها الأطراف في حساب مكافئ ثاني أكسيد الكربون على الالتزامات المشمولة بالمادة 3 من بروتوكول كيوتو فيما يتعلق بأي فترة التزام تُعتمد بعد التغيير أو التنقيح المذكورين؛

18. The Working Group shall also communicate any decision it adopts to the Commission on Human Rights, whether thematic or country-oriented, or to the body set up by an appropriate treaty for the purpose of proper coordination between all organs of the system.
٨١- يبلغ الفريق العامل أيضاً كل مقرر يعتمده الى الهيئة المعنية التابعة للجنة حقوق الانسان، سواء كانت معنية بموضوع أو بلد ما، أو الى الهيئة المنشأة بموجب معاهدة مناسبة بغية تحقيق أفضل تنسيق بين جميع هيئات المنظومة.
