5. If a State Party exercising its jurisdiction under paragraph 1 or 2 of this article has been notified, or has otherwise learned, that any other States Parties are conducting an investigation, prosecution or judicial proceeding in respect of the same conduct, the competent authorities of those States Parties shall, as appropriate, consult one another with a view to coordinating their actions.
5- إذا أُبلغت الدولة الطرف التي تمارس ولايتها القضائية بمقتضى الفقرة 1 أو 2 من هذه المادة، أو علمت بطريقة أخرى، أن أي دول أطراف أخرى تجري تحقيقا أو ملاحقة أو تتخذ إجراء قضائيا بشأن السلوك ذاته، وجب على السلطات المعنية في تلك الدول الأطراف أن تتشاور فيما بينها، حسب الاقتضاء، بهدف تنسيق ما تتخذه من إجراءات.

Any violations of this provision are reported, although perpetrators are not prosecuted or punished.
