The present report addresses developments in the composition of the staff of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in 2008.
ويتناول هذا التقرير التطورات التي طرأت على تكوين ملاك موظفي المفوضية في عام 2008.

The report contained 10 recommendations, with particular emphasis on recruitment policies and the composition of the staff of the Office.
وتضمَّن التقرير 10 توصيات تؤكد بوجه خاص على سياسات التوظيف وتكوين ملاك موظفي المفوضية.
