On 1 December, one (1) Turkish military aircraft entered the Nicosia flight information region, violating international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, flying over the area of Mesaoria, before landing at the illegal airport of Tymbou in the occupied area of the Republic.
ففي 1 كانون الأول/ديسمبر دخلت طائرة عسكرية تركية واحدة إلى منطقة معلومات طيران نيقوسيا، منتهكة بذلك القواعد الدولية للملاحة الجوية والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص وحلَّقت في منطقة ميساوريا قبل أن تهبط في مطار تيمبو غير الشرعي الواقع في المنطقة المحتلة من الجمهورية.

On 7 December, one (1) C-160 Turkish military aircraft entered the Nicosia flight information region, violating international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, flying over the area of Karpasia (Cape of Apostolos Andreas), before exiting in a south-easterly direction.
وفي 7 كانون الأول/ديسمبر دخلت طائرة عسكرية تركية واحدة من طـراز C-160 إلى منطقة معلومات طيران نيقوسيا منتهكة القواعد الدولية للملاحة الجوية والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص وحلقت فوق منطقة كرباسيا (رأس أبوستولوس أندرياس) قبل أن تخرج باتجاه الجنوب الشرقي.

On 10 December, one (1) Turkish military aircraft entered the Nicosia flight information region, violating international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, flying over the area of Kormakitis, before returning to the flight information region of Ankara.

On 7 January, one (1) " Cougar " Turkish military aircraft took off from the illegal airport of Tymbou in the occupied area of the Republic, violating international air traffic regulations, before returning to the flight information region of Ankara.
وفي 7 كانون الثاني/يناير، أقلعت طائرة عسكرية تركية واحدة من طراز " كوغار " من مطار تيمبو غير الشرعي الواقع في المنطقة المحتلة من الجمهورية، منتهكة بذلك القواعد الدولية للملاحة الجوية، قبل أن تعود إلى منطقة معلومات طيران أنقرة.

On 23 January, one (1) B-200 and two (2) " Agusta Bell " Turkish military aircraft entered the Nicosia flight information region, violating international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus as follows:
في 23 كانون الثاني/يناير، دخلــت طائــرات عسكريــــة تركية، إحداهما من طراز B - 200 واثنتان من طراز " أوغستا بيل " ، الى منطقة معلومات طيران نيقوسيا منتهكة بذلك القواعد الدولية للملاحة الجوية والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص على النحو التالي:

(a) The B-200 military aircraft entered the Nicosia flight information region, violating international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, before landing at the illegal airport of Tymbou in the occupied area of the Republic, from where it took off later on the same day, returning to the flight information region of Ankara;
(أ) دخلت الطائرة العسكرية من طراز B - 200 منطقة معلومات طيران نيقوسيا منتهكة بذلك القواعد الدولية للملاحة الجوية والمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص قبل أن تهبط في مطار تيمبو غير الشرعي في المنطقة المحتلة من الجمهورية، الذي أقلعت منه في وقت لاحق من نفس اليوم لتعود إلى منطقة معلومات طيران أنقرة؛

Upon instructions from my Government, I have the honour to refer to the letter dated 30 December 2002 (A/57/699-S/2002/141) addressed to you by the Greek Cypriot representative at the United Nations, which contains allegations of " violations ... of the airspace of the Republic " and " of the flight information region (FIR) of Nicosia " , and to bring to your kind attention the following:
