The Palestinian negotiators’ dangerous deficit of legitimacy – and, indeed, the disorientation of the entire Palestinian national movement – is reflected in the return of the PLO to its pre-Arafat days, when it was the tool of Arab regimes instead of an autonomous movement. The green light was given to the current negotiators by the Arab League, not by the elected representatives of the Palestinian people.

كما دعت الجمعية العامة منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية إلى الاشتراك، بصفة مراقب، في دوراتها وفي أعمالها وفي كل المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقد تحت رعايتها، واعتبرت أن لمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية حقا مماثلا فيما يتعلق بكل المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقدها هيئات اﻷمم المتحدة اﻷخرى )القرار ٣٢٣٧ )د - ٢٩((.

6. Reiterates the request made in paragraph 6 of resolution ES10/4 to the Government of Switzerland to invite the Palestine Liberation Organization to participate in the above-mentioned conference and in any preparatory steps for that conference;
6 - تكرر الطلب الوارد في الفقرة 6 من القرار دإط - 10/4 إلى حكومة سويسرا بأن تدعو منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية إلى الاشتراك في المؤتمر المذكور أعلاه وفي أية خطوات تحضيرية لذلك المؤتمر؛

٦ - تعيد تأكيد الطلب الوارد في الفقرة ٦ من القرار دإط - ١٠/٤ إلى حكومة سويسرا بأن تدعو منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية إلى الاشتراك في المؤتمر المذكور أعلاه وفي أية خطوات تحضيرية لذلك المؤتمر؛

At its thirtieth session, the General Assembly called for the invitation of the PLO to participate on an equal footing with other parties in all efforts, deliberations and conferences on the Middle East that were held under the auspices of the United Nations and to take part in the Geneva Peace Conference on the Middle East as well as in all other efforts for peace (resolution 3375 (XXX)).
وفي الدورة الثلاثين، طلبت الجمعية العامة دعوة منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية إلى الاشتراك على قدم المساواة مع سائر اﻷطراف اﻷخرى في جميع الجهود والمداولات والمؤتمرات التي تعقد بشأن الشرق اﻷوسط تحت رعاية اﻷمم المتحدة، وكذلك في مؤتمر جنيف للسلام بشأن الشرق اﻷوسط وفي كل الجهود اﻷخرى التي تبذل من أجل السلم )القرار ٣٣٧٥ )د - ٣٠((.

6. Requests the Government of Switzerland to invite the Palestine Liberation Organization to participate in the above-mentioned conference and any preparatory steps for that conference;
٦ - تطلب إلى حكومة سويسرا أن تدعو منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية إلى الاشتراك في المؤتمر المذكور أعلاه وفي أية خطوات تحضيرية لذلك المؤتمر؛

6. Requests the Government of Switzerland to invite the Palestine Liberation Organization to participate in the above-mentioned conference and any preparatory steps for that conference;
6 - تطلب إلى حكومة سويسرا أن تدعو منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية إلى الاشتراك في المؤتمر المذكور أعلاه وفي أية خطوات تحضيرية لذلك المؤتمر؛

" Authorizes the Advisory Commission of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East to invite the Palestine Liberation Organization to participate in the meetings and works of the Commission. "
