33. According to the Secretary-General, the underlying need for the further expansion of the United Nations premises at Nairobi stems from General Assembly resolution 44/211, in which the Assembly called upon all organizations of the United Nations system to make the necessary arrangements for the implementation of the United Nations common house concept for establishing common premises at the country level.
33 - وفقا لما أورده الأمين العام، فإن الحاجة إلى زيادة توسعة أماكن عمل الأمم المتحدة في نيروبي تنبع أساسا من قرار الجمعية العامة 44/211، الذي دعت فيه الجمعية العامة جميع مؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة إلى اتخاذ الترتيبات الضرورية لتطبيق مفهوم الدار المشتركة للأمم المتحدة بحيث توجد أماكن عمل مشتركة على الصعيد القطري.
