Indeed, if we look at the annual exchange of military information distributed within the framework of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), we can see that in 2005 Azerbaijan imported 44 battle tanks and 83 large-calibre artillery systems and did not declare any reduction in arms.
