Decides: 1. To adopt the Central American Plan for Comprehensive Cooperation to Prevent and Combat Terrorism and Related Activities which is part of this resolution;
1 - اعتماد خطة بلدان أمريكا الوسطى للتعاون الشامل من أجل منع ومكافحة الإرهاب والأنشطة ذات الصلة التي تمثل جزءا من هذا القرار.

In addition to the provisions of the national legislation in force, the " National Committee for the Implementation of the `Central American Plan for Comprehensive Cooperation to Prevent and Combat Terrorism and Related Activities' " has been established.
تم، إلى جانب ما تنص عليه التشريعات الداخلية المعمول بها، إنشاء " اللجنة الوطنية لتنفيذ `خطة أمريكا الوسطى للتعاون الكامل من أجل منع ومكافحة الإرهاب والأنشطة ذات الصلة ' " .

1. To submit to the Central American Security Commission for consideration the strategic actions which OCAM has incorporated into the Central American Plan for Comprehensive Cooperation to Prevent and Combat Terrorism and Related Activities, annexed to this resolution; and
1 - أن تقدم إلى لجنة الأمن بأمريكا الوسطى الإجراءات الاستراتيجية التي أدرجتها لجنة أمريكا الوسطى المعنية بالهجرة في خطة بلدان أمريكا الوسطى للتعاون الشامل من أجل منع ومكافحة الإرهاب والأنشطة ذات الصلة المرفقة بهذا القرار، وذلك كيما تنظر فيها لجنة الأمن بأمريكا الوسطى.

2. To establish national inter-agency committees to coordinate the elaboration of sectoral plans for implementing the guidelines and strategic actions agreed on in the Central American Plan for Comprehensive Cooperation to Prevent and Combat Terrorism and Related Activities, which were prepared on the basis of the mandates delivered by the meeting of Presidents;
2 - إنشاء لجان مشتركة بين الوكالات على الصعيد الوطني لتنسيق إعداد الخطط القطاعية لتنفيذ المبادئ التوجيهية والإجراءات الاستراتيجية المتفق عليها في خطة بلدان أمريكا الوسطى للتعاون الشامل من أجل منع ومكافحة الإرهاب والأنشطة ذات الصلة التي أعدت استنادا إلى الولايات الصادرة عن اجتماع الرؤساء.

13. Nicaragua had established, pursuant to Decree No. 108-2001 (2001), the National Committee for the Implementation of the Central American Plan for Comprehensive Cooperation to Prevent and Combat Terrorism and Related Activities.
13 - وقد أنشأت نيكاراغوا، عملا بالمرسوم رقم 108-2001 (2001)، اللجنة الوطنية لتنفيذ خطة أمريكا الوسطى للتعاون الشامل من أجل منع ومكافحة الإرهاب والأنشطة ذات الصلة.

Enclosed is the Central American Plan for Comprehensive Cooperation to Prevent and Combat Terrorism and Related Activities, which contains guidelines and strategic actions based on the declaration " Central America united against terrorism " .

1. The resolution adopted at the extraordinary meeting of the Central American Security Commission, held in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, on 27 September 2001, at which it was decided to prepare a Central American plan for comprehensive cooperation to Prevent and Combat Terrorism and Related Activities in order to implement, inter alia, action in the field of migration pursuant to the above-mentioned presidential declaration;
1 - القرار الذي اتخذه الاجتماع الاستثنائي للجنة الأمن بأمريكا الوسطى المعقود في تيغوسيغالبا، هندوراس، في 27 أيلول/سبتمبر 2001 والذي تقرر فيه إعداد خطة بلدان أمريكا الوسطى للتعاون الشامل من أجل منع ومكافحة الإرهاب والأنشطة ذات الصلة بغية تنفيذ، في جملة أمور، إجراءات في ميدان الهجرة عملا بالبيان الرئاسي السالف الذكر.
