40. In its recommendation 4/6, taking into account Council resolutions 9/9 and 12/5, the Committee recommended that the Council consider authorizing Ms. Zulficar to attend the second expert consultation on the issue of protecting the human rights of civilians in armed conflict organized by OHCHR.
40- وأوصت اللجنة الاستشارية، في توصيتها 4/6، آخذة في الاعتبار قراري المجلس 9/9 و12/5، بأن ينظر المجلس في الإذن للسيدة منى ذو الفقار بحضور مشاورة الخبراء الثانية التي تنظمها المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان بشأن مسألة حماية حقوق الإنسان للمدنيين في النزاعات المسلحة.

22. At the same meeting, Mona Zulficar made a presentation on the concept paper on a model law on equal opportunities and non-discrimination contained in action 9/1 (see A/HRC/AC/9/6).
22- وقدمت السيدة منى ذو الفقار في نفس الجلسة عرضاً عن الورقة المفاهيمية المتعلقة بقانون نموذجي بشأن تكافؤ الفرص وعدم التمييز الوارد ذكرها في الإجراء 9/1 (انظر A/HRC/AC/9/6).

1. Requests Mr. Ansar Burney, Ms. Chinsung Chung, Ms. Purificacion Quisumbing, Mr. Shigeki Sakamoto and Ms. Mona Zulficar to prepare for the next session of the Advisory Committee a set of draft guidelines on methods to operationalize gender mainstreaming, including actionoriented mechanisms that would facilitate the implementation of the Committee's mandates;
1- تطلب إلى السيد أنصار بورني والسيدة تشينغسونغ تشانغ والسيدة بوريفيكاثيون كيسومبينغ والسيد شيغيكي ساكاموتو والسيدة منى ذو الفقار أن يعدوا للجنة الاستشارية في دورتها المقبلة مجموعة من مشاريع مبادئ توجيهية بشأن أساليب تفعيل مراعاة المنظور الجنساني على جميع المستويات، بما في ذلك الآليات ذات الوجهة العملية التي من شأنها أن تيسّر تنفيذ ولايات اللجنة؛
