Also requests the Secretary-General to continue the study on the effects of racial discrimination on the children of minorities and those of migrant workers in the field of education, training and employment, and to submit, inter alia, specific recommendations for the implementation of measures to combat the effects of that discrimination;
٨ ـ ترجو أيضا اﻷمين العام أن يواصل الدراسة المتعلقة بآثار التمييز العنصري على أبناء اﻷقليات وأبناء العمال المهاجرين، في مجالات التعليم والتدريب والتوظيف، وأن يقدم، بوجه خاص، توصيات محددة من أجل تنفيذ التدابير الرامية إلى مكافحة آثار ذلك التمييز؛

It reaffirms that primary responsibility resides with the flag State for the conservation and management of these fish stocks, and gives prominence to the role of subregional or regional fisheries management organizations in strengthening international cooperation for the implementation of measures designed to conserve and manage them.

" 15 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يواصل توجيه الانتباه إلى آثار التمييز العنصري على الأقليات والعمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم، ولا سيّما الأطفال والنساء، في مجالات التعليم والتدريب والعمالة، وأن يقدم في تقريره توصيات محددة من أجل تنفيذ التدابير الرامية إلى مكافحة آثار ذلك التمييز؛

15 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يواصل توجيه الانتباه إلى آثار التمييز العنصري على الأقليات والعمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم، ولا سيّما الأطفال والنساء، في مجالات التعليم والتدريب والعمالة، وأن يقدم في تقريره توصيات محددة من أجل تنفيذ التدابير الرامية إلى مكافحة آثار ذلك التمييز؛

1. In its resolutions 52/111 and 53/132, the General Assembly requested the SecretaryGeneral to continue the study made in 1987 on the effects of racial discrimination on the children of minorities and those of migrant workers in the fields of education, training and employment and to submit specific recommendations for the implementation of measures to combat the effects of that discrimination.
1- طلبت الجمعية العامة إلى الأمين العام، في قراريها 52/111 و53/132، مواصلة الدراسة التي أجريت في عام 1987 بشأن آثار التمييز العنصري في أطفال الأقليات وأطفال العمال المهاجرين في ميادين التعليم والتدريب والاستخدام، وتقديم توصيات محددة من أجل تنفيذ التدابير الرامية إلى مكافحة آثار ذلك التمييز.
