وإذ تلاحظ مع القلق الشديد تنامي الصلة بين الجماعات اﻹرهابية والاتجار غير المشروع باﻷسلحة والمخدرات، فضلا عما ينجم عن ذلك من ارتكاب جرائم خطيرة مثل القتل والخطف والاعتداء والسرقة،

Noting with great concern that many terrorist groups are connected with other criminal organizations engaged in the illegal traffic in arms and illicit drug trafficking at the national and international levels, as well as the consequent commission of serious crimes such as murder, extortion, kidnapping, assault, taking of hostages, robbery, money laundering and rape,
وإذ تلاحظ ببالغ القلق أن الكثير من الجماعات الإرهابية ترتبط بمنظمات إجرامية أخرى تعمل في الاتجار غير المشروع بالأسلحة والمخدرات على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي، فضلاً عما ينجم عن ذلك من ارتكاب جرائم خطيرة كالقتل والابتزاز والخطف والاعتداء وأخذ الرهائن والسرقة وغسل الأموال والاغتصاب،

وإذ تلاحظ مع القلق الشديد أن الكثير من الجماعات اﻹرهابية ترتبط بمنظمات إجرامية أخرى تعمل في الاتجار غير المشروع باﻷسلحة والمخدرات على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي، فضلا عما ينجم عن ذلك من ارتكاب جرائم خطيرة مثل القتل والابتزاز والخطف والاعتداء وأخذ الرهائن والسرقة وغسل اﻷموال والاغتصاب،
