Instead of seeking to cast doubt on the role of the Special Committee, it would be better to enter into a direct dialogue with it and allow it to carry out its work.

12 - تطلب إلى برنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة أن يواصل تقديم الدعم للجنة العلمية لكي تتمكن من الاضطلاع بأعمالها بفعالية ولكي تقوم بتعميم النتائج التي تخلص إليها على الجمعية العامة والأوساط العلمية والجمهور وأن يعمل على تعزيز هذا الدعم، عند الاقتضاء؛
