3.5.1.1 Excepted quantities of dangerous goods of certain classes, other than articles, meeting the provisions of this section are not subject to any other provisions of these Regulations except for:

5.5.3.1.1 This section is not applicable to substances which may be used for cooling or conditioning purposes when transported as a consignment of dangerous goods.

" (c) Giving each of the dangerous goods a numerical designation, which, in addition to the'dangerous goods' label would indicate the group of compatibility, which could be instrumental in the solution of the problems of the joint transportation of dangerous goods;
