The view was expressed that the prosecutor, in investigating alleged crimes under paragraph 2, should act in conformity with established practice in matters of international judicial assistance.
١٣٨ - وأعرب عن رأي مؤداه أن المدعي العام، عند إجراء التحقيق بشأن ما يدعى وقوعه من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في الفقرة ٢ ينبغي أن يتصرف طبقا لﻹجراءات المعمول بها في المسائل المتعلقة بالمساعدة القضائية الدولية.

(2) يُعاقَب بالسجن لمدة تتراوح من خمس سنوات إلى 15 سنة كل مَن أصاب الغير، لدى ارتكاب أي جريمة من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 1 أعلاه، بإصابة بدنية بليغة، عن سوء نية، أو دمّر منشأة أو ألحق بها أضرارا فادحة.

(2) Where, in committing any of the offences under paragraph 1 of the present article, the perpetrator inflicted with wrongful intent a serious bodily injury to another person or destroyed or significantly damaged a nuclear facility, he or she shall be sentenced to a prison term of five to 15 years.
(2) يُعاقَب بالسجن لمدة تتراوح من خمس سنوات إلى 15 سنة كل مَن أصاب الغير، لدى ارتكاب أي جريمة من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 1 أعلاه، بإصابة بدنية بليغة، عن سوء نية، أو دمّر منشأة نووية أو ألحق بها أضرارا فادحة.
