3.5 The authors recall the Committee's settled jurisprudence whereby any unacknowledged detention of a person constitutes a complete negation of the right to liberty and security guaranteed by article 9 of the Covenant and is an extremely serious violation of this article.
3-5 وذكّرت صاحبات البلاغ باجتهادات اللجنة الثابتة ومؤداها أن كل احتجاز غير معترف به يعد حرماناً مطلقاً من الحق في الحرية والأمن، الذي تكفله المادة 9 من العهد، وانتهاكاً صارخاً لهذا الحكم.

It represents the denial of the right to liberty and security of the person; the right to freedom from torture, violence, cruelty or degrading treatment; the right to freedom of movement; the right to protection of the family; the rights to education, health and education - everything that makes for a life with dignity.
وهو يمثل الحرمان من الحق في الحرية والأمن الشخصي؛ والحق في عدم التعرُّض للتعذيب أو العنف أو القسوة أو المعاملة المهينة؛ والحق في حرية الحركة؛ والحق في حماية الأسرة؛ والحق في التعليم والصحة - أي كل ما يساعد على حياة كريمة.
