According to that appendix, the Chairman of the twenty-third session should be elected from members of the Committee from States in List B, and the three Vice-Chairmen from African States in List A, Asian States in List A and States in List D. The Rapporteur should be elected from members of the Committee from the States included in list C.

t/ At the 6th meeting, on 19 April 1994, the Council postponed to a future session the election of one member from the States included in list B and one member from the States included in list C of the lists of United Nations and FAO member States for the elections for the Committee on Food Aid Policies and Programmes of the World Food Programme (E/1994/L.6, annex II), for a three-year term beginning on 1 January 1995 (decision 1994/222).

Council The members of the Executive Board are elected from five lists set out in the Basic Texts of the World Food Programme and reproduced in document E/1995/L.11, annex II. At the 60th meeting, on 12 December 1995, the Council postponed to a future session the election of two members from the States included in list A and one member from the States included in list C for a term beginning on 1 January 1996 (decision 1995/326).

At the same meeting, the Council postponed the election of one member from States included in list C for a three-year term beginning on 1 January 2012 and expiring on 31 December 2014 (see decision 2011/201 D).
وفي الجلسة نفسها أرجأ المجلس انتخاب عضو واحد من الدول المدرجة في القائمة جيم لفترة ثلاث سنوات تبدأ في 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2012 وتنتهي في 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2014 (انظر المقرر 2011/201 دال).
