At its session held in the first half of odd-numbered years, the Commission will review and approve the proposed outline for the budget of the Fund for the next biennium and, if required, the revised biennial programme and support budget for the current biennium.
وستقوم اللجنة في دورتها المعقودة في النصف الأول من السنوات الوترية باستعراض وإقرار المخطط المقترح للصندوق لفترة السنتين المقبلة، وكذلك برنامج فترة السنتين المنقح وميزانية الدعم لفترة السنتين الحالية، عند الاقتضاء.

According to the established budget cycle and revised methodology, the Commission approves the final budget for the current biennium and the initial budget for the next biennium for the Fund of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme at its reconvened session, held in the final months of odd-numbered years.
ووفقا لدورة الميزانية المحددة والمنهجية المنقحة، تقر اللجنة الميزانية النهائية لفترة السنتين الحالية والميزانية الأولية لفترة السنتين القادمة لصندوق برنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات، أثناء دورتها المستأنفة التي تعقد في الأشهر الأخيرة من السنوات الوترية.

14. Regarding paragraphs (b) through (d) of decision 2009/251, it is recalled that following adoption of Council resolution 1991/39, the Commission on Narcotic Drugs has met annually for a period not exceeding eight working days, and has held a biennial reconvened session in December of odd-numbered years to approve the budget of the Fund of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme for the following biennium.
14 - وفيما يتعلق بالفقرات (ب) إلى (د) من المقرر 2009/251، تجدر الإشارة إلى أنه في أعقاب اتخاذ قرار المجلس 1991/39، دأبت لجنة المخدرات على الاجتماع سنويا لمدة لا تتجاوز ثمانية أيام عمل، وعلى عقد دورة مستأنفة مرة كل سنتين في شهر كانون الأول/ديسمبر من السنوات الوترية للموافقة على ميزانية صندوق برنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات لفترة السنتين التالية.

Similar reconvened sessions should in future be held in December of odd years to approve the initial programme budget for the following biennium and the final version of the programme budget for the biennium that is drawing to a close, and to deal with any related administrative or budgetary matters.
وينبغي أن تعقد دورات مستأنفة مماثلة في المستقبل في شهر كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر من السنوات الوترية للموافقة على الميزانية البرنامجية لفترة السنتين التالية وعلى الصيغة النهائية للميزانية البرنامجية لفترة السنتين المقتربة من نهايتها، وللموافقة كذلك على أية شؤون تتصل بذلك من شؤون اﻹدارة والميزانية.

وخلال الدورة التي تعقد في النصف اﻷول من السنوات الوترية ، تدعى اللجنة الى استعراض ميزانية الصندوق المنقحة والموافق عليها من أجل فترة السنتين الحالية وكذلك مخطط الميزانية اﻷولي المقترح لفترة السنتين المقبلة .

وبحسب تلك الدورة الميزانية ، فإن اللجنة مدعوة الى الموافقة على الميزانية النهائية لفترة السنتين الحالية والميزانية اﻷولية لفترة السنتين المقبلة لصندوق البرنامج ، إبان دورتها المستأنفة التي تعقد في كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر من السنوات الوترية .
