If extradition, sought for purposes of enforcing a sentence, is refused because the person sought is a national of the requested State Party, the requested Party shall, if its law so permits and in conformity with the requirements of such law, upon application of the requesting Party, consider the enforcement of the sentence that has been imposed under the law of the requesting Party, or the remainder thereof.
٣١ - اذا رفض طلب التسليم الرامي الى تنفيذ عقوبة ما ﻷن الشخص المطلوب تسليمه من مواطني الدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب ، على الطرف متلقي الطلب أن ينظر ، اذا كان قانونه يسمح بذلك وطبقا لمقتضيات هذا القانون ، وبناء على طلب من الطرف الطالب ، في تنفيذ العقوبة المحكوم بها بموجب قانون الطرف الطالب ، أو ما تبقى من هذه العقوبة .

٠١ - اذا رفض طلب تسليم ، مقدم بغرض تنفيذ حكم قضائي ، بحجة أن الشخص المطلوب تسليمه من مواطني الدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب ، وجب على الطرف متلقي الطلب ، اذا كان قانونه يسمح بذلك واذا كان ذلك يتفق ومقتضيات ذلك القانون ، وبناء على طلب من الطرف الطالب ، أن ينظر في تنفيذ الحكم الصادر بمقتضى قانون الطرف الطالب ، أو ما تبقى من العقوبة المحكوم بها .

٠١- اذا رفض طلب تسليم ، مقدم بغرض تنفيذ حكم قضائي ، بحجة أن الشخص المطلوب تسليمه من مواطني الدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب ، وجب على الطرف متلقي الطلب ، اذا كان قانونه يسمح بذلك واذا كان ذلك يتفق ومقتضيات ذلك القانون ، وبناء على طلب من الطرف الطالب ، أن ينظر في تنفيذ الحكم الصادر بمقتضى قانون الطرف الطالب ، أو ما تبقى من العقوبة المحكوم بها .
