The Commission was also informed that the Secretariat had facilitated consultations between experts from Working Group III (Transport Law) and experts from Working Group II (Arbitration and Conciliation) and that a common understanding had been reached that accommodated the needs and general approach of both working groups regarding the provisions on arbitration in the draft Convention.
وأُبلغت اللجنة أيضا بأنّ الأمانة يسّرت التشاور بين خبراء من الفريق العامل الثالث (المعني بقانون النقل) وخبراء من الفريق العامل الثاني (المعني بالتحكيم والتوفيق)، وأنه تم التوصل إلى فهم مشترك يراعي احتياجات كلا الفريقين ونهجهما العام بشأن الأحكام المتعلقة بالتحكيم في مشروع الاتفاقية.

The Commission was also informed that the Secretariat had facilitated the initiation of consultations that were currently under way between experts from Working Group III (Transport Law) and experts from Working Group II (Arbitration and Conciliation) with the hope that an agreement could be found on the provisions in the draft convention relating to arbitration.
وأُبلغت اللجنة أيضا بأن الأمانة قد يسّرت بدء مشاورات جارية حاليا بين خبراء من الفريق العامل الثالث (المعني بقانون النقل) وخبراء من الفريق العامل الثاني (المعني بالتحكيم والتوفيق)، على أمل أن يتسنى التوصل إلى اتفاق بشأن الأحكام المتعلقة بالتحكيم الواردة في مشروع الاتفاقية.
