1. This report contains a set of conclusions and recommendations from the Ad Hoc Working Group (AHWG) on ways and means of improving procedures for communication of information, as well as the quality and format of reports to be submitted to the Conference of the Parties (COP).

137- يطلب كذلك من الفريق العامل المخصص التوسع في تفصيل الطرائق المتعلقة بالترتيبات المؤسسية لبناء القدرات بغية النظر فيها من جانب مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته السابعة عشرة؛

the AWG-LCA and the AWGKP would meet during these sessional periods.
ويتوقع أن يجتمع خلال هذه الفترات الدوراتية كل من الفريق العامل المخصص المعني بالعمل التعاوني الطويل الأجل بموجب الاتفاقية والفريق العامل المخصص للنظر في الالتزامات الإضافية للأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول بموجب بروتوكول كيوتو.

Action: the AWG-LCA will be invited to accelerate its negotiations on the substantive content of the agreed outcome and to consider the question of its legal form on the basis of the ideas and proposals submitted by Parties, the assembly document and the negotiating text prepared by the Chair.
15- الإجراء: سيطلب من الفريق العامل المخصص تسريع المفاوضات التي يجريها بشأن المضمون الموضوعي للنتائج المتفق عليها، والنظر في صيغتها القانونية على أساس الأفكار والمقترحات المقدمة من الأطراف، ووثيقة التجميع والنص التفاوضي الذي أعده الرئيس.
