The Commission expressed concern that the review of the application took longer than anticipated because of ambiguity in the information provided by the applicant, general misunderstanding and the applicant not providing clear answers to the Commission's questions in regard to making available data for the determination of parts A and B of the area under application.
وأعربت اللجنة عن انشغالها لأن استعراض الطلب استغرق مدة أطول مما كان متوقعا بسبب غموض المعلومات التي أرفقها مقدم الطلب، وسوء الفهم العام، وعدم ورود أجوبة واضحة من مقدم الطلب على أسئلة اللجنة فيما يتعلق بإتاحة البيانات لتحديد الشطرين ألف وباء من القطاع المشمول بالطلب.

2. The Council, on the basis of the data and information submitted by the applicant, if found satisfactory, and taking into account the recommendation of the Legal and Technical Commission, shall designate the part of the area under application which is to be a reserved area.
٢ - إذا تبين للمجلس أن البيانات والمعلومات المقدمة من مقدم الطلب مرضية، يعيﱢن استنادا إلى ذلك، وآخذا في الاعتبار توصية اللجنة القانونية والتقنية، الجزء الذي سيكون قطاعا محجوزا من القطاع المشمول بالطلب.

3. The Council, on the basis of the data and information submitted by the applicant pursuant to section II of annex 2 to these Regulations, if found satisfactory, and taking into account the recommendation of the Legal and Technical Commission, shall designate the part of the area under application which is to be a reserved area.
