The Consultation also agreed that the items listed in paragraph 2 of the same article should be provided to the extent practicable.
١٧ - واتفق في المشاورة أيضا على أن البنود المدرجة في الفقرة ٢ من المادة ذاتها ينبغي أن يتم توفيرها الى الحد الذي يعتبر عمليا.

وتعاقب الفقرة 2 من المادة ذاتها كل من قام في اجتماع عام، أو كتابة مزمعة للنشر، أو بأية وسيلة أخرى من وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، بإثارة أعمال العنف ضد فرد أو مجموعة من الأفراد على أساس عرقهم، ولونهم، وأصلهم الإثني بهدف التحريض على التمييز العنصري أو التشجيع عليه.

Paragraph 2 of the same article further states that'no one shall be subject to coercion which would impair his freedom to have or to adopt a religion or belief of his choice'.
وتنص الفقرة ٢ من المادة ذاتها على أنه " لا يجوز تعريض أحد ﻹكراه من شأنه أن يخل بحريته في أن يدين بدين ما، أو بحريته في اعتناق أي دين أو معتقد يختاره " .

52. Regarding corporal punishments ordered by a court as part of a sentence, article 74 (2) of the Constitution of Kenya provides that they are not in contravention of the prohibition of torture referred to in paragraph 1 of the same article.
52- فيما يتعلق بالعقوبات البدنية التي تشملها أحكام المحاكم ضمن عقوبات أخرى(10)، تنص المادة 74 (2) من الدستور الكيني على عدم مخالفتها مبدأ حظر التعذيب المشار إليه في الفقرة 1 من المادة ذاتها.
