6. Further efforts were required by the Quartet, the international community and the participants in the Annapolis process to ensure fulfilment of the obligations with regard to the situation on the ground.
6 - ومضى إلى القول إن الأمر يتطلب من المجموعة الرباعية والمجتمع الدولي والمشاركين في عملية أنابوليس بذل مزيد من الجهود لكفالة الوفاء بالالتزامات المتعلقة بالوضع الميداني.

UNRWA hoped that the implementation of the plan, as supported by the Quartet, could bring an end to the occupation in the Gaza Strip, a relaxation of the closure regime and unfettered access for Palestinian goods to the outside world.
