The development of appropriate guidelines for the protection of the child from information and material injurious to his or her wellbeing, as well as from harmful exposure in the mass media, bearing in mind the provisions of articles 13 and 18.

The Committee further recommends that, in accordance with article 17, the State party encourage the development of appropriate guidelines for the protection of children from information and material injurious to their well-being.
وتوصي اللجنة كذلك بأن تعمل الدولة الطرف، وفقاً للمادة 17، على التشجيع على وضع مبادئ توجيهية ملائمة لحماية الأطفال من المعلومات والمواد التي تضر برفاههم.

To this aim, the Committee recommends that the State party develop, in consultation with the media, appropriate guidelines for the protection of children from information and material injurious to their well-being.

203. The Committee recommends that the State party pursue its efforts to protect children from information and material injurious to their wellbeing.
203- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمواصلة جهودها لحماية الأطفال من المعلومات والمواد التي تضر برفاههم.

:: Article 17 of the Convention, which enjoins States Parties to encourage the development of appropriate guidelines for the protection of children from information and material injurious to their well-being; and

502. The Committee encourages the State party to ensure that children are protected from information and material harmful to their well-being, in conformity to article 17 (e) of the Convention.

States also are committed to encouraging the development of appropriate guidelines for the protection of children from information and materials injurious to their well-being, bearing in mind the provisions of articles 13 and 18.

365. The Committee is concerned at the lack of legislation to protect children from harmful information and material injurious to their well-being and development, as well as to guarantee their access to appropriate information.
