15. During 2013, the Tribunal's funds were kept in Chase Bank and Deutsche Bank in United States dollars and euros as short-term investments, which are investments made for less than 12 months according to rule 109.1 of the Financial Rules of the Tribunal.
15 - وخلال عام 2013، كانت أموال المحكمة مودعة في مصرف Chase Bank ومصرف Deutsche Bank بدولارات الولايات المتحدة واليورو كاستثمارات قصيرة الأجل، وهي استثمارات تقل مدتها عن 12 شهرا وفقا للبند 109-1 من النظام المالي للمحكمة.

Thus, this provision is included in financial regulation 1 of the Court.
لذا يرد هذا النص في المادة 1 من النظام المالي للمحكمة.

Of this amount, as of 20 March 2012, Euro1,855,261 will be deducted from the contributions of the States Parties to the 2013 budget and the remaining Euro18,718 will be retained pending payment by the States Parties concerned of their contributions to the 2009-2010 period in accordance with regulation 4 of the Tribunal's Financial Regulations.
واعتبارا من 20 آذار/مارس 2012، سيُـخصم من هذا المبلغ ما قيمته 261 855 1 يورو لحساب مساهمات الدول الأطراف في ميزانية عام 2013، وسيتم الاحتفاظ بالمبلغ المتبقي وقدره 718 18 يورو ريثما تسدد الدول الأطراف المعنية مساهماتها للفترة 2009-2010 وفقا للمادة 4 من النظام المالي للمحكمة.
