In its resolution 47/3, the Commission, reaffirming its resolution 46/9, and noting that good management contributed to strong and predictable funding, welcomed the establishment of an independent evaluation unit, and looked forward to a greater emphasis on impact in the evaluation work of the Office and the introduction of evaluation as an integral part of project design, monitoring and implementation.
