I wish to inform you that the Security Council has decided to approve the proposal contained in your letter that $2,182,168 plus Euro226,493 be transferred from the escrow account established under the above-mentioned resolutions to be credited against assessments issued in respect of the obligations of the Government of Iraq for the International Atomic Energy Agency budget.
وأود أن أبلغكم بأن مجلس الأمن قد قرر الموافقة على الاقتراح الوارد في رسالتكم بتحويل مبلغ 168 182 2 دولارا زائد مبلغ 493 226 يورو من حساب الضمان المنشأ عملا بالقرارين المشار إليهما أعلاه، ليخصم من المبالغ المستحقة على حكومة العراق لتغطية اشتراكاتها في ميزانية الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية.

The following procedures replace paragraphs 29 to 34 of document S/1996/636* and other existing procedures, notably for the implementation of the relevant provisions of paragraphs 17, 18, and 25 of resolution 1284 (1999) related to the processing of applications to be financed from the escrow account established pursuant to paragraph 7 of resolution 986 (1995).

Procedures 1 - The following procedures replace paragraphs 29 to 34 of document S/1996/636* and other existing procedures, notably for the implementation of the relevant provisions of paragraphs 17, 18 and 25 of resolution 1284 (1999) related to the processing of applications to be financed from the escrow account established pursuant to paragraph 7 of resolution 986 (1995).
1 - تحل الإجراءات التالية محل الفقرات من 29 إلى 34 من الوثيقة S/1996/636* وجميع الإجراءات القائمة الأخرى ولا سيما لتنفيذ الأحكام ذات الصلة الواردة في الفقرات 17 و 18 و 25 من القرار 1284 (1999) المتصلة بتجهيز الطلبات المقرر تمويلها من حساب الضمان المنشأ عملا بالفقرة 7 من القرار 986 (1995).

Non-expendable property comprises assets valued at historical cost of $47,717, which were transferred from the escrow account established under the provisions of all the Security Council resolutions related to Iraq (with the exception of resolution 1958 (2010)).
تشمل الممتلكات غير المستهلكة أصولا تقيّم، بحسب تكلفها التاريخية، بمبلغ 717 47 دولارا، وتم تحويلها من حساب الضمان المنشأ بموجب أحكام قرارات مجلس الأمن المتعلقة بالعراق (باستثناء القرار 1958 (2010)).

(b) A letter from the Under-Secretary-General for Management concerning the transfer of 1 per cent of the oil sales proceeds from the escrow account established under resolution 986 (1995) for the payment envisaged in paragraph 6 of resolution 778 (1992), as provided in paragraph 8 (g) of resolution 986 (1995).

ويصبح المصدِّر مستحقا لأن يُدفع له من حساب الضمان المنشأ عملا بالفقرة 7 من قرار مجلس الأمن 986 (1995) متى تحقق موظفو الأمم المتحدة من أن الأصناف الواردة في الطلب قد وصلت إلى العراق على النحو المتعاقد عليه.

The exporter will be eligible for payment from the escrow account established pursuant to paragraph 7 of resolution 986 (1995) upon verification by United Nations agents that the items in the application have arrived in Iraq as contracted.

In this connection, I wish to inform you that the Security Council has decided to approve the proposal contained in your letter that $416,871 be transferred from the escrow account established under the above-referenced resolutions to be credited against assessments issued in respect of the obligations of the Government of Iraq for the regular budget, peacekeeping, Tribunal activities and the capital master plan of the Organization.
وفي هذا الصدد، أود أن أبلغكم بأن مجلس الأمن قد قرر الموافقة على الاقتراح الوارد في رسالتكم بتحويل مبلغ 416871 دولارا من حساب الضمان المنشأ عملا بالقرارات المشار إليها أعلاه، واحتسابه للأنصبة المقررة بشأن التزامات حكومة العراق في الميزانية العادية وأنشطة حفظ السلام وأنشطة المحكمة والمخطط العام لتجديد مباني مقر المنظمة.

In accordance with the procedures, UNMOVIC and IAEA must now evaluate applications to be financed from the escrow account established pursuant to paragraph 7 of resolution 986 (1995), to determine whether the application contains any item referred to in paragraph 24 of resolution 687 (1991) as it relates to military commodities and products, or military-related commodities or products covered by the goods review list.
فوفقا لتلك الإجراءات، يتعين الآن على اللجنة والوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية تقييم الطلبات التي ستمول من حساب الضمان المنشأ عملا بالفقرة 7 من القرار 986 (1995) لتحديد ما إذا كان الطلب يتضمن أي مواد من المواد المشار إليها في الفقرة 24 من القرار 687 (1991) من حيث صلتها بالسلع والمنتجات العسكرية والسلع والمنتجات ذات الصلة بالأغراض العسكرية المشمولة بقائمة السلع الخاضعة للاستعراض.
