II. Objective of the global monitoring plan
ثانياً - الغرض من خطة الرصد العالمية

The second phase of the global monitoring plan was undertaken in the period 2009-2014 to determine trends in concentration of persistent organic pollutant in humans and in the environment, and to obtain baseline data on the persistent organic pollutants that have been listed in the Convention after the year 2009.
أجريت المرحلة الثانية من خطة الرصد العالمية في الفترة من 2009 إلى 2014 بغرض تحديد الاتجاهات في تركيز الملوثات العضوية الثابتة لدى البشر وفي البيئة، وكذلك للحصول على البيانات الأساسية عن الملوثات العضوية الثابتة التي تم إدراجها في الاتفاقية بعد عام 2009.

The second phase of the global monitoring plan has to enable harmonized data handling and ensure that support is given to the collection, processing, storing and presentation of monitoring data in regions with limited capacity.
