There are other pieces of legislation which can be interpreted as allowing some elements of discrimination but are what can be described as " positive discrimination " with the purpose of protecting groups covered by that particular legislation, for example, the employment of Women and Young Children Act, chapter 502 of the Laws of Zambia.
